By purchasing Pure on Raw Food Box, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
Allergies & Intolerances
If you have any food allergies or intolerances, you must inform us at time of order.
Please note our food is produced in kitchens that handle nuts, so meals are not suitable for people with severe nut allergies.
Please be aware that products may contain nut shells.
If your plan has to be tailored to exclude specific ingredients this may incur an additional charge.
There are certain ingredients that we are unable to exclude but please enquire and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.
Delivery of Raw Food Box
You will receive a chilled hamper to the agreed delivery address on the day specified, before 8pm
All orders are delivered by our nationwide couriers on a next day service.
If you wish to specify your delivery time extra charge will apply:
- delivery by 9:30 am £18.00
- delivery by 12 pm £13.00
- next day- any time FREE
Deliveries do not require a signature however if you aren't available we will leave the hamper in a suggested safe place (for example “leave with a neighbour” or “leave in garage”). This is then entirely at your own risk and you will be responsible if the hamper goes missing. If you would like the hamper delivered to a different address than the one originally agreed please advise us as soon as possible.
We advise you to refrigerate all food immediately upon receipt.
It is not possible to deliver to some non mainland locations, if you are unsure please email us firstname.lastname@example.org
Claims for damages
If there is any visible damage to the delivered goods, it is your responsibility to contact us immediately stating that the goods have not been received in an acceptable condition. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging, as this will be required to make a claim against the carrier. We will make a claim against the carrier and if necessary arrange for the damaged goods to be collected and replacements to be sent to you. In such a case, the goods can only be collected from the original point of delivery.
If there are any damages to the delivered goods it is your responsibility to notify us within 2 days of delivery.
Cancellation of orders and returns
You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch by calling us during normal office hours, or emailing us. This will incur a £45 cancellation fee.
Orders cancelled after dispatch cannot be refunded or returned.
